About the Client Company

Konsultia is now seeking an SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) for our client company operating in the defense industry.

Your Responsibilities

As an SQA, you will be a key person in the work of quality assuring incoming materials and components. You will act as the link between the company and its suppliers and drive quality issues. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Creating complaint reports and driving dialogue with suppliers
• Reviewing suppliers' analyses, proposed actions, and following up on implementation
• Inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure quality requirements are met
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to promote continuous improvement
• Continuously participating in improvement work

Travel in the position may occur.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a driven problem solver who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You enjoy collaborating both internally and externally and are communicative and confident in dialogue with different types of people.

We prefer that you have an education in production technology or quality or have acquired equivalent experience through your previous jobs. We wish that you have practical experience in quality work and production; experience in purchasing is an advantage. You have a good understanding of technical documentation and possess strong skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience working in SAP and Excel is a plus!

You will be employed by Konsultia and spend your working days at our client in central Örnsköldsvik. Start as soon as possible; the assignment is initially for 1 year with great chances for extension/employment with the client company.

Since the client works with defense confidentiality, which entails both legal requirements and special requirements from their customers, all employees must undergo a security check and drug test before employment.

The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled during the day with the possibility of flexibility.
